  • A computer science background or equivalent experience (programming styles, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, etc.)
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, preferably MySQL
  • Knowledge of APIs, web protocols and services (REST, SOAP, HTTP, Microservices)
  • Experience with cloud services, such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience with containerization and container orchestration technology such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Excellent collaboration skills, strong empathy and ability to work with multiple cultures, ability to coordinate the work with various stakeholders on an international level
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Work as part of an agile team that executes all user stories end to end
  • Collaborate with the team to define the architecture supporting new features
  • Write APIs, work with databases and orchestrate cloud services
  • Work with DevOps to package and deploy the code to Kubernetes clusters
  • Help the team and Product Owner plan iterations and releases
  • Understand business needs and push great software to production
  • Design core, backend software components that can scale as our product does
  • Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various product components and system resources
  • Brainstorm, define, and build collaboratively with members across multiple teams
  • Build elegant solutions for complex technical problems
  • Read code in the multiple programming languages in use in our environment

We've been working in close contact for years with our partner, Jedox. They provide a highly acclaimed business intelligence solution for companies all around the world, for which we provide the cloud infrastructure and technical support.

Your focus will be placed on the cloud infrastructure.

This position implies working in 12 hour-shifts (24x7) with 4-5 days off in between.

Night and weekend working hours have differentiated pay (125%).

The working schedule is 07:00-19:00 or 19:00-07:00 (during training you will work 8 hours/day, from 09:00 to 18:00).

  • Bachelor's degree;

  • Basic understanding of SRE concepts (SLA);
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems;

  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, multinational environment;

  • 1 year+ experience in a similar field;
  • Basic knowledge of Kubernetes;
  • Experience with ticketing platforms (Salesforce, JIRA, etc.);
  • Experience with customer care;
  • Experience with PowerShell/Bash/Shell scripting;

  • Basic understanding of the CI/CD pipeline;
